Comments: Almost as soon as I finished setting it up in my work area, my Soldiers were all over it. Greatly improved the overall physical fitness of the Soldiers directly increasing fitness assessment scores across the board. I personally enjoyed what it did for me, by helping me to max my fitness assessment and keep flexible. 2 Thumbs UP!!!
