Comments: Ive found these to be perfect for at home, full body, strength and conditioning workouts. I've been using a set of adjustable dumbbells for traditional (targeted muscle group) workouts for years and while beneficial, they do not give me anywhere the full body strength and conditioning workouts that these adjustable kettlebells do. I highly recommend getting the forearm pads/guards, given that the Weider adjustable design can't permit a ball-shaped form like the standard kettlebell. Every so often, the edge will dig into your forearm just a little bit. Good technique helps to eliminate this as well. Also, get a timer. Ive followed Michael Skoggs advice of going for time intervals and not for repetitions: getting winded never felt so good. I just purchased a second set, seeking to open up the variety of kettlebell exercises to include double kettlebells. I've definitely become a fanboy.
