Comments: I have only had mine together for 3 days,I use it at night before i go to bed and in the morning when i get up.I was really amazed as to how well it is built,it is a fine piece of equip.I have read other users where they said the ankle holders were not very good,they must not be getting them tight enough,because I weigh right at 300 lbs and they dont hurt me at all,you must get these tight,you dont want to fall out of them,try this machine you wont be dissapointed
