Comments: The type of quality construction you'd expect from Weider. As for the workout..... I've never found so much intensity in such a short routine. I can't wait for another DVD, but this one will rock my body just fine. I enjoy doing all of the excersizes and I love the pace. I'll usually do the entire routine with a light weight and throw more weight on and do it again. After that my entire body is quaking and has been pushed to complete exhaustion in about 20 minutes. My gains have come fast. Better workout. Less time. Perfect!!!
