Comments: There's a lot of range left in this for my. Currently I'm using it at 25 lbs. hopefully I can build up quickly but 25 lbs. kicks my butt! I'm very happy I bought it. The exercises are fantastic and in 15 minutes I'm so beat I can hardly walk but it the good kind of muscle soreness that let's you know you've done something good for yourself. No injury type pain.
