Comments: I saw the commercial and decided to give it a shot. This workout is tough. the 20 pounder is going to be plenty for me for a little while. I normally workout with more weight but the the cardio elements of this workout 20 lbs. really makes me sweat and my muscles burn like crazy so I know it will build muscle. Definately a hard but fun workout
