Comments: The workouts I've done with the Powerbell have been fantastic. They are physically challenging but not complicated. The Powerbell is also very easy to use. I've been pleased with how easy it is to change the weights. The mechanism seems quite sturdy and so far I have had no problems.I generally do all of my exercises with the full 20lbs. but my wife takes it down to 7.5 or 10 lbs. so it's definately nice to be able to adjust it and save space.The workout video in the bonus cooldown section mentions getting a wrist guard of some kind. the first day I just used my sons soccer shin guards which worked great and definately made a difference. Overall I think it's a great product that should last a long time and most importantly the workout it gives is incredible. It's also very fast. In 20 minutes I'm beat!
