Comments: I've suffered from lower back pain for nearly ten years. Depending on my level of activity it would come and go. The less active I got, the more pain I'd feel. Running helped, but only short term. About 1 month ago I was introduced to the Weider Kettle Bell and trainer Michael Skogg. I did a workout with him and was absolutely amazed at the results. The workout itself is difficult. I used all of my muscles from head to toe and the cardio from doing the moves felt similar to running. After the first workout my hamstrings, butt and lower back were very sore, but the good kind of sore. It was a feeling similar to what I felt finishing a marathon. Michael Skogg told me that my weak links would feel the most sore and did they ever. After a couple of days I did another workout and then another. After the third workout my back pain was completely gone. I'm even able to flex my lower back and not have any pain shoot down my left leg. In addition to the pain free back, I've lost a little weight and gained some muscle and muscle definition. My core feels tight all the time and I've loved the results. I'd reccommend it to anybody.
