Comments: The powerbell workout rocked me. I didn't think 15 minutes of swinging this thing around would be that tough and I made it through the workout just fine but I could tell it worked my entire body. Every muscle group is sore. for two days after my workout I was very sore but couldn't wait to try it again. Now I do it 4 days a week and it still just takes 15 minutes to get an incredible workout. I've started adding in a bunch of different moves that I've found online. It keeps the workout interesting. try it. There's nothing to lose.
