Comments: I cannot believe the workout you can get using this thing. I started out pretty light to get warmed up and then started adding weight. I did about 8 exercises and it took me about 20 minutes. The next day my entire body was sore and couldn't believe it was from such a quick workout. I love it and I am hooked. To know that you only need this one piece of equipment to get a total body workout is awesome. I can do it anywhere in my house and it doesn't take up any room.
