Comments: This thing give a tough workout. at the low settings I get a killer cardio workout and at the highest pitch I can burn out fast. It says you can do like 100 excercises but so far I've just focused on 10 or 15 of them. I've have another weider weight bench that my dad bought about 15 years ago and the quality of this bench is pretty good as well. I don't think you'll be disapointed.
