Comments: Coming up fast at 57 I knew it was time to put away the weight machine. After talking to a few people I decided in the TBW5000.WOW, I get a full body work-out at low impact and I don't strain the ol' ligiments. My friend Frankis helped me start a program and now I feel like a 40yr old again. This is one heck of a deal!
