Comments: This is a sturdy piece of basic equipment for any home gym. It was easy to assemble, and even better, easy to use. It is comfortable (while anything beats a bare tile floor) and very safe and sturdy feeling. Although the seat is always at a slant (hence the title "slant board) it is easy to get up from the bench as well.
