Comments: I always feel like exercise stuff shown on TV is a little gimicky but the commercial for this caught my attention. I called and checked on the return policy and decided it was worth trying.Wow! this thing gives you a great workout. It took a little while to get used to swinging my hips the way the guy does in the exercise video but I've got the motion down now and it works my entire body. I've been amazed at how every muscle feels it. I've been working out at the 15lb. setting so I've got a couple of levels that I can go up on. The lever switch piece seems to be good quality and I can change weights very quickly. The handle is smooth and comfortable although with all of the swinging I started using a glove until I get my hands toughened up a little. I've been using it now for over 3 weeks and it's been worth every penny! Thanks!
