Comments: i bought my machine from the weider site and was unsure about it working for me. i am 6'4" and weigh 285. i have had it for a month now and could not be happier with the way this machine works me out. i found no problems in the set up and after a couple of minutes checking out where everything was sliding felt comfortable about the positioning of the machine. it is a heavy piece of equipment, so i leave mine up and dont bother to try to store it away every day, but i know i could if i really wanted to. i would like to see some better exercise instruction, the poster was ok but not as comprehensive as i would like. i did however find some information on the internet along with videos on technique so that worked out. overall i would recommend this to anyone looking for a home machine that will challenge them both with the use of their own weight as resistance and the versatility of the exercises you can perform.
