 get a wrist guard

By Mike (Newport Beach, CA) on Mar 23, 2009
It took me a little while to get the form down and until I figured it out the overhead lifts hurt my wrist when the edge of the bell was against the back of my arm. It wasn't a big deal but wearing a pair of my kids shin guards made a huge difference. Now I can do the workout without any discomfort.... (Read more)

my legs were shaking after the first workout

By worked me (Broken Arrow, OK) on Mar 23, 2009
My boss introduced me to kettle bells and ran me through a 12 minute workout. I play basketball and raquetball every week and figured I was in good shape. I had a hard time walking after just 12 minutes. It worked my legs so hard I couldn't keep them from shaking while driving home. I did the workou... (Read more)

 Love it.

By rdunk (smithfield, UT) on Mar 24, 2009
I've suffered from lower back pain for nearly ten years. Depending on my level of activity it would come and go. The less active I got, the more pain I'd feel. Running helped, but only short term. About 1 month ago I was introduced to the Weider Kettle Bell and trainer Michael Skogg. I did a wo... (Read more)

 Great workout, great product

By Exercise Junkie (Macon, GA) on Mar 31, 2009
The workouts I've done with the Powerbell have been fantastic. They are physically challenging but not complicated. The Powerbell is also very easy to use. I've been pleased with how easy it is to change the weights. The mechanism seems quite sturdy and so far I have had no problems.I generally do a... (Read more)

The Powerbell is the best change to weight lifting in years. I've cut my workout time by more than half with the PowerBell. In 20 minutes I've had all I can take. Skogg is right about strengthening my back and abs. I definately get a better cardio workout than just lifting weights gives me and the m... (Read more)

 Simply Amazing

By bdawg009 (Orlando, Fl) on Apr 28, 2009
The type of quality construction you'd expect from Weider. As for the workout..... I've never found so much intensity in such a short routine. I can't wait for another DVD, but this one will rock my body just fine. I enjoy doing all of the excersizes and I love the pace. I'll usually do the entire r... (Read more)

 Great Product/workout

By Army MP E5 (West Covina, Ca) on Jun 19, 2009
Really different and effect form of training. Good for all levels for fitness. If you have been lifting for a long time, like I have, this is the perfect boost to your workout. However if you feel that you guys in the advanced level of fitness, I recommend you go with the larger 40lb. set.

When I got this powerbell, I was thinking, how is 20lbs of weight going to give me a workout...  Powerbell Rocks!

By JHawker (Chesapeake, VA) on Jan 7, 2010
I am recovering from surgery, finished my prescribed Physical Therapy and headed back to the gym. Decided to take it slow, but was having rotator cuff pain. I knew I couldn't spend all day in the gym 4-5/wk, so I limited my workouts to 3x/wk doing the Ab Swing, bench, curls, squats, leg sled, dips... (Read more)

I bought this thinking it would just be a nice add on to my workout routine. I was right, but seriously underestimated the effectiveness of the Powerbell workout. I love it! It's a great full body routine that only takes about 15 minutes. Short, but very effective. Weider, please put out an adv... (Read more)
