Yes, this is a sturdy product, but the only support you will get is from the structure itself. Customer support is not existent. This thing give a tough workout. at the low settings I get a killer cardio workout and at the highest pitch I can burn out fast. What a great value! This was very simple to set up and use. It even easily folds flat and slides under my futon for storage. I have teenagers and they love it to. Thank you for making a sturdy high quality product for such an affordable price.

I just bought my TBW 5000it has some bad points, not very good about explaining how to set it up and the exercise instruction guide (whata poster) doesn't explain exactly how to do the exercise just start and end picture what happens if someone gets hurt doing an exercise

easy to use, compact, great work out

Product was easy to set up and use within about 20 minutes after getting in my door. Smooth roller action and good resistance. The levels of incline are more than enough to give a great work out. Much less expensive than the "other" infommrcial brand. Sorry Chuck and Christie. Recommended.
