I have only had mine together for 3 days,I use it at night before i go to bed and in the morning when i get up.I was really amazed as to how well it is built,it is a fine piece of equip.I have read other users where they said the ankle holders were not very good,they must not be getting them tight e... Almost as soon as I finished setting it up in my work area, my Soldiers were all over it. Greatly improved the overall physical fitness of the Soldiers directly increasing fitness assessment scores across the board.
