Excellent Workout

I thought I was in good shape until I did this workout. It took me about 4 weeks (3 days a week) to complete one of the workouts w/o modifying the speed or incline. But I saw results in the first week or so, so you can't argue with results. I recommend this for runners that train for more than 40 mi... (Read more)
