Its a work out

Ive had this for about four weeks now I've been riding is for four weeks everyday so far. I started at one and now up to 8 for twenty minutes at a time. It does build up your strength over time. Great workout

I purchased the bike July 2008 per my doctor's request after arthroscopic knee surgery. Can't use the treadmill anymore. I'm at 45 minutes every day. It's a great workout. The bike is comfortable and durable. I would recommend to anyone.

I'm very happy with the bike. I get a thorough and comfortable work-out every time. I have some disk damage in my lower back, so running is not an option for me. This is the most use I have ever had out of a piece of excersize equipment. It works smooth and quiet. It took me 3 hours to assemble by myself and I figured that that was part of the exercise that I would get.The only criticism is that the seat is still to hard for me. But my wife doesnt agree. This bike is an excellent product and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a recumbant bike.
Pros: When I received my new bike the console has a slot for the iFit Card. The advertisement for this bike on your website makes no mention of this slot and the picture of the console does not show... (Read more)

It's a great bike. It's roomy seat is comfortable, too.
