By Rob on Apr 15, 2009
Just received it yesterday and exceeded my expectations!! Set up in no time, not much to do and was testing it out in about 20 minutes! Poster is not much help, a brief DVD or even online vids would be helpful but product allows for creativity! I had been considering the T.G. product and even tes... (Read more)

 Very, very pleased
By Danny on Apr 9, 2009
I love it. Like most, I found the directions weren't very clear for putting it together (though there wasn't much to put together) and getting it set. But once I got it figured out, I was good to go. There are still some things to figure out, and the exercise poster lacks a lot of detail, but i... (Read more)

By Steevo9a/facebook on Feb 7, 2009
Coming up fast at 57 I knew it was time to put away the weight machine. After talking to a few people I decided in the TBW5000.WOW, I get a full body work-out at low impact and I don't strain the ol' ligiments. My friend Frankis helped me start a program and now I feel like a 40yr old again. This is... (Read more)

easy to use, compact, great work out
By Angus on Mar 17, 2009
Product was easy to set up and use within about 20 minutes after getting in my door. Smooth roller action and good resistance. The levels of incline are more than enough to give a great work out. Much less expensive than the "other" infommrcial brand. Sorry Chuck and Christie. Recommended.

By J in NJ on Jan 23, 2010
I bought this in 2004, and I still use it. Very well made and I've never had a problem. There are many different exercises and resistance levels so you won't run out of exercises to do. The only minor issue is there aren't a lot of leg exercises to do, but you can make up for that by using free we... (Read more)

 Careful If You're Short
By Ken on Mar 9, 2010
Nothing in the literature mentions this, but if you're on the shorter side, there is no way to adjust the length of the whole machine - - it only opens to one position, which means if you're short and want to do the basic squat/pull cardio exercise, you are out of luck. Even if you can reach the the... (Read more)

As good as Total Gym for Less Money
By PJE on Jan 19, 2011
I like the equipment, but the "User's Manual" is of poor quality - doesn't tell much more than setting it up. Not sure if the pulley system is threaded correctly on mine and can't tell by using the information provided.

 Better than a Total Gym
By FlashToso on May 18, 2012
No front post to bang your head(TG). Need angle for handles to allow leg pulls(like wing bar TG). Need removable pulley on seat add 2x resistance(like TG). Add ankle straps for more leg work. 50lb bands act like 100lb added free weight on TG highest level.
