The P.I.N.K. Fitness and Nutrition Guide is your step by step instruction book to success. It gives detailed explanations to help you get your new body. This guide provides you with the workout plan, the nutrition plan, encouraging testimonials, measurement techniques, meal ideas and a power training glossary that defines each technique and movement you learn in the workout DVDs. Each aspect of the program is discussed and described in detail so you understand every part of the program. The guidebook also grows with you as you advance through the program. The 12 workouts are outlined in a to-do list format so you can check each exercise off as you master each movement.

PINK Fitness was designed by World Champion Olympic Weightlifter Debbie Millet and Weider. The program was designed for women who don't want to waste time at the gym or on fad diets. It is olympic weightlifting for women that gets results by building muscle and burning fat.
