What a workout!

I have done every workout program known to man, or in my case woman. This one takes the cake. I showed my dad the workout and he bought one the next day

I love my PowerBell. I showed my Dad the workout and let him try it and he bought one the next day. He then told one of my brothers about the workout and he bought one today! It's a killer and it only takes 15 minutes. I'll never do old fashioned weights again.

The Best Workout Ever

I cannot believe the workout you can get using this thing. I started out pretty light to get warmed up and then started adding weight. I did about 8 exercises and it took me about 20 minutes.
